We were on our way up to Gabby's yesterday when I happened to think of the Scuttle Inn so we decided to give it a try. The only time I was there was a quite a while ago and I don't remember the inside being much of anything but they've done an awesome job of remodeling so that's it's really nice inside. The didn't have any draft beer and the canned selection was very limited, they didn't even have Stag. This may because it's the off season for golf.
We got there mid afternoon and they were still on their lunch menu which is limited but has some nice choices. I got the double Scuttle burger fully dressed and it came with fries. I asked that the burger be cooked medium to medium well, I also asked for mozzerella cheese. The Glue got a strawberry salad and shrimp creole. The burger was big and very sloppy. It was cooked more towards well done but still was very good. Overall it was a really nice burger. The fries were seasoned nicely and crisp. The Glue's salad was really good but the star was the shrimp creole, it was awesome. The Glue was close to using the shrimp tails to dip the remaining creole juice. This turned out to be a really great choice and the Glue is already thinking about when we could come back. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
