Fred had to miss last night so the Glue took his place.
In the first game we let several big scoring chances get away and only got one point when we should have got three or four. The game was back and forth with teams trading one or two points until it reached 7-7 and the Glue put an end to it by getting her first ball close and then ending it with her second. In the second game the Glue stayed hot and I heated up a little and we kept pouring it on before winning 9-3. I was skeptical about how much fun this season would be with all the restrictions but it's a lot better than I thought it would be. Of course we've played the early times the first two weeks which I prefer. Playing the same team back to back is good and bad. On the good side you finish the first game and start the second game right away, no more waiting around for your next game. On the other hand the second game seems kind of anti climactic. Mask are a pain but at least you can step back a few feet and take them off. The humidity makes them a lot worse.
