Week 6

Roll'em took the courts against the Original Banksters in the first game last night.  Playing on the first game they took a 2-0 lead in the first two frames before we had an chance to get on the board but a chance was all it was.  They had exhausted all their balls and we still had three left but our second ball hit the pallino into a pocket of their three balls and we were unable to do anything about it and they led 5-0.  We gradually crawled back into the game and closed to 7-6.  With the ball close the the side all the balls were clustered close on the wall with us having the closest.  Their last ball pushed their closest ball a hair further away with us having two left to throw.  Our first ball was close enough and our second ball was on the pallino so it came to a measurement for the third point.  The little bit they moved their ball was the difference and we got three points and the win 9-6.
We went home since we had a two hour break and when we came back we played 2 Boobs and 2 Girls.  Roll'em got the first three points and then 2 Boobs made a come back as the game went back and forth on the erratic Silkworm court.  They finally went ahead 8-7.  We had a chance to win the game when my first ball got in but my second one was off target.  The next frame they got their second throw close enough that we couldn't beat it and they got a 9-8 win.
