Best rueben

I'm going to start doing a best of series.  I'm going to start off with an easy one, my favorite rueben.  Granted I don't get rueben's very often when we're out but I do really like them. 
#1 - Katy O'ferrells, I just had this for the first time a couple weeks ago and really loved it.  The corned beef was great and there was plenty of it.  The dressing and sauerkraut didn't over when it.  All in all a really good sandwich and the best I've probably ever had.
Others in no particular order:
Quatro's, this had been my favorite prior to the one at Katy O'ferrels.  Another well balanced sandwich but could use a tad more corned beef.
17th St., not a traditional rueben.  It uses smoked pastrami and smoked cheddar instead of corned beef and swiss but still a decent sandwich.  Once again a little more pastrami would help.
Update 2/23/22: 
Gabby's on Main, good sandwich but the corned beef was in pieces and it made the sandwich really messy.
