Yesterday Lowe's called and wanted to know what I wanted to do about the washer situation. We'd talked about it and decided four tries was enough, time to move on. The lady was confused at first saying we'd used a gift card but I think when they reordered a replacement they considered it a gift card. We finally got it straightened out and the canceled the washer order.
Now it's on to Ace and see if they can do better.
