When I got home from golf on Saturday I had an urge for a cheeseburger so after strongly considering Sandys that we'd been to the day before we decided on the Landmark. It was a beautiful day and when we got there it was outside seating only which wasn't a big deal. We sat in the sun overlooking the Mississippi.
I ordered a Trinity burger which was ground beef mixed with chorizo topped with a piece of andouille sausage, provolone, grilled onions and peppers and a remoulade. The Glue ordered a spinach salad with chicken. My burger was great but next time I get it I may take the andouille and eat it separate. The chips that came with it were good but I really didn't need fried with all I had the day before. The Glue said her salad was also real good but she probably shouldn't have ordered it with chicken. While we were sitting there we ran into a nice couple on a motorcycle who were from Sparta. The day before we'd ran into another nice couple at Pheasant Hollow who were from Mulkeytown.
